Producto is uniquely suited to perform
a wide range of manufacturing, fabrication
and assembly operations. Producto
produces and machines weldments.
Additionally, Producto regularly
performs machining of plates, castings
and forgings of a full range of materials
including cast irons, stainless steels
and non-ferrous metals.
Producto specializes in rapid turn
around of O.E.M. fabrication work
with highly compressed production
cycles. All work produced undergoes
complete inspection performed by
the Quality Assurance department.
Inspection reports are available
upon request.
Machining and
fabrication capabilities range
from flame cutting, Blanchard grinding,
large surface grinding (40" wide by 80" long),
large bed precision vertical CNC
machining (70" wide by 120" long).
Five axis and horizontal machining
as well as jig boring and jig grinding
are included in the capabilities
of Producto. Assembly of complex
mechanisms to close tolerances is
performed on a regular basis.

is available for projects upon request.
